Give a "gift" of rejuvenation.. Gift certificates are available for any Salon or Day Spa services at any domination, and at any dollar amount. We may personalize your gift as you request.

Note: RMT receipts can not be issued from services paid for by a gift certificate or card.

Gratuity and taxes - are not included in our service and package prices. To leave a gratuity - envelopes are available at the front desk.

Aveda' by Mail - All Aveda products are available by mail order to anywhere in Canada. Simply call customer care to assist your needs. Visa and Master card accepted, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

Parking - Limited on site parking. Wheelchair accessibility at front of building. Additional meter parking available on Athol Street (free on Saturdays) As well at the municipality parking lot at Colbourne St. and Green St. (south west of Athol St.) at 50 cent per hour.

Scheduling - When reserving multiple salon and/or spa services we require a major credit card. To ensure your desired date and time, it is recommended that you make your next reservation prior to leaving. Confirmation calls are made 48 hours prior to your appointment date as a courtesy reminder to ensure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy - As a courtesy to our staff and scheduling, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling your scheduled reservation in order to avoid late cancellation fees and or . No shows are charged for the reserved spa service and salon services will result in our penalty policy.

Punctuality - To ensure our timely service schedule to all our guests, we recommend that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow for check in procedures. Lateness may result in service changes to allow us to accommodate our timed scheduling for the day.

What to wear? Creative Up Styling services, we suggest that you wear a button up shirt, to avoid pulling anything over your head. If receiving chemical services avoid wearing turtle necks. Smocks are provided for your comfort and to ensure no damage to clothing.
