I would like to extend a special thank you to Shalon for the spectacular job she did on my hair. I asked for a reverse ombre. Blonde highlights from the top of my head to 1/3 of the way from the bottom. Then the rest of my hair I wanted a light brown.
My hair turned out fantastic! Shalon also fit me into her tight schedule at the last minute. Thank you for making my day into a great one!

Please give your impression of this aspect of service: I was really impressed that Tara sat with before doing anything to really get a feel for what I was looking for. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was just "another client". Her attention to detail really showed in the end result.

What did you like the most? Absolutely everything. Tara, the tea and coffee, hand massage, family like environment, etc.

What did you like the least? That Tara did such a good job I won't have to go back for awhile.

What would you like to see different on your next visit? Hopefully nothing. Everything was great

Comments: WOW, WOW, WOW. This salon by far exceeded my expectations. After having a horrific colouring experience at Valentino's (with my virgin hair!) I was beyond nervous.  Tara made me feel very relaxed and assured me I was in good hands. And she was right! I felt like a celebrity with all the extra goodies I received during my visit - like the delicious beverages and unexpected hand massage. I feel after all these years I finally found"my" salon and a stylist who I completely trust.

Years ago my mother gave me a Wayspa gift card that I held off on using till the perfect spa in Whitby appeared on the Wayspa website. I really wanted to experience an incredible spa like other I have experienced living abroad for years. Well this place was worth the wait ladies. Wow! Brenda gave me the most amazing Aveda facial. ++The staff and the owner were so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this spa.I am definitely treating myself here again soon.

Tara did a great job in attending to me and taking the time to provide the best cut and color I've had in years!!

Comments: This is the best salon I've been to in Whitby and will certainly be back. The professional, friendly personalized treatment was outstanding. Tara took the time to listen to my needs and offered great suggestions. My hair has never looked better!!! Very relaxing atmosphere - the hand massage was a nice treat! Great team! Great Experience!

Had my "do" done today by Peter - colour, highlights and cut and am sooooo pleased. You rock Peter! I've been coming to the salon for 30 years and will hang in for another 30. Will you hang in there with me?

I was referred to the salon by a friend.  I was extremely impressed at first impression.  The staff were very welcoming!  I was long overdue for a change with my hairstyle.  Jason took the time to discuss changes with me before proceeding.  I was very pleased with the outcome and look forward to my next visit.  I am glad I made the decision to come in!

Review: I have been a client at Elegance Salon Spa for over 15 years and my experiences there continue to make me look forward to my next visit. I am always welcomed and made comfortable from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. I have never been left sitting without attention unless I've request it and have found that the staff at Elegance pay attention to detail and are very knowledgable about the products.
